Discover our creamy Blossom Honey – a special honey whose nectar is collected by our bees from a multitude of different flowers in vast landscapes. Its smooth, creamy consistency is the result of meticulous stirring during natural crystallisation which imparts its unique texture. Its delicately aromatic flavour entices the senses to embark upon a journey through fragrant flower meadows. Its delicate, creamy consistency makes it the ideal accompaniment for sweet moments of indulgence, for example as a spread on fresh bread or crusty rolls.

More than 90 % of the honeys harvested belong to the category of multifloral honeys, which originate from areas in which a large variety of flower species bloom simultaneously. These are harvesting areas which are not dominated by a single type of flower, but where instead a variety of different flowers bloom simultaneously.

What happens to honey before it is filled into the jar? High-quality honeys are given quality seals and control numbers that guarantee the constituents of the honey. For this, we rely on seamless monitoring in the country of origin and carry out intensive tests in order to guarantee the highest standards.
