More than 90 % of the honeys harvested belong to the category of multifloral honeys, which originate from areas in which a large variety of flower species bloom simultaneously. These honeys, also known as Beekeepers’ Honeys, offer a wide range of flavours. This is due to the fact that Beekeepers’ Honeys combine a wealth of flavours from the natural landscapes of their regions of origin. These are harvesting areas which are not dominated by a single type of flower, but where instead a variety of different flowers bloom simultaneously.
