For more than 50 years, Wabenquell products have been among our most popular honeys and have become a classic, timeless tradition in our honey range. Their successful journey began back then as the first creamy branded honey on the German market. They are delicious as spreads and are ideal as natural sweeteners for tea, muesli or fruit, for example. Wabenquell honeys are also very suitable for baking. Our award-winning quality honeys

The German Agricultural Society (DLG) has been honouring our Blossom Honeys from the Wabenquell family with the gold medal for many years. The Wild-Blossom Honey is harvested in virtually untouched natural landscapes and reflects the rich yet harmoniously balanced flavour of the wild-blossom flora with its bountiful species. The appropriate complement is the milder and creamy Mountain-Blossom Honey, which also comes from the bee harvest of largely untouched flora. Pure nature: simply delicious, simply excellent. This is our understanding of traditional beekeeping in perfection.

The first honey of its kind

How long has creamy honey been available in Germany? In this case, we can say: For more than 50 years, thanks to Wabenquell! Back then, this popular honey was, as the first of its kind, introduced to the market under the name “Wabenecht”.
