The origin of this unique honey can be found in natural mixed and coniferous forests. Our organic honeys are carefully produced in harmony with nature, because ecologically produced honey means responsibility. This is why our beekeepers’ bees live in natural beehives made from wood or straw which are placed in largely undisturbed forests. The organic beekeeper must keep precise records of the locations and leaves the bees their own honey for the winter. The German organic inspection body constantly monitors compliance with these and other strict organic guidelines.
Our Forest Honey is characterised by its dark colour and savory aroma. It therefore tastes particularly good with fresh bread or in combination with cheese.
