Organic Honey from Germany is created in accordance with strict guidelines in order to ensure ecological beekeeping. These include the exclusive use of beehives made from natural materials such as wood, and their placement in undisturbed environments with wild or ecologically cultivated plants within a radius of three kilometres. In addition, beekeepers must leave the bees their own honey for the winter. These requirements are monitored and ensured by the organic inspection bodies in order to guarantee the quality and purity of the organic honey.
